Welcome to Empathy First Therapeutic Services. I started this clinic as a way to provide support and guide clients through difficult times utilizing an empathy forward approach. I value providing a safe place for others to express themselves without judgment and with pure empathy and understanding. I have worked as an outpatient therapist for 10 years working with clients from all demographics and walks of life. As an outpatient therapist I have primarily worked with males ages 6-80 but welcome all!

All therapy sessions are done virtually utilizing a secure, HIPAA compliant program, TherapyNotes. A link and client portal will be provided. I specialize in CBT but incorporate many modalities and techniques such as motivational interviewing, ACT, mindfulness and anxiety management that I feel will benefit a client because one size doesn’t always fit all.

I am an out of network provider and do not work in network with any insurance carriers. However, I do work with out of network benefits and provide all of my clients with “Superbills” on the 10th of each month to turn into their insurance providers for reimbursement Please feel free to reach out with any questions so I may be able to provide any guidance.
